Mousehunt

I reminisce a lot nowadays, and sometimes I have to tell myself to snap out of it. Come on, if I start getting SO nostalgic from now, what will happen later. Anyways, there’s this funny memory which never fails to make me laugh.

You should know I’m terrified of mice, lizards, insects and all these kind of things. It’s a different matter that I don’t usually scream, rather I go as far away from the object of fear as possible. I’d probably climb on top of the bed and sit there with a very calm demeanour (like it doesn’t bother me at all).

Okay, getting to the actual story, I’m in quite a rambling mood today. So where was I? Okay, back in, uhh, long back, my sis and I we used to have one room. And we slept on a bunk bed. She slept down while I slept up. Now we have quite a huge age difference, so while I used to go to bed early, she used to stay up late finishing her assignments or studying for exams. One day, while I was asleep and she was studying, she saw a mouse *gasp* in our room *double gasp*. And she screamed. Now I heard her scream, woke up and without even actually getting up from my bed, started screaming too. I had no idea what had happened. We spent the rest of the night up on my bed waiting for morning, so dad could do something with that mouse.
